  • Restaurant & Outlet POS: point-of-sale solutions for hotel restaurants, standalone outlets, and hospitality venues.
  • B2B Flight Booking: wholesale flight inventory and booking tools for travel agents and tour operators.
  • eSIM & Connectivity: digital data plans for guests and travellers, and a connectivity resale platform for partners.

Our website also provides informational content about our solutions, an AI-powered chat assistant, contact forms, and onboarding questionnaires. The specific features, availability, and pricing of each service may vary and are subject to separate agreements where applicable.

3. User Accounts & Responsibilities

Certain features of our services require you to create an account. When you create an account, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration.
  • Keep your login credentials confidential and not share them with third parties.
  • Notify us immediately if you suspect any unauthorised access to or use of your account.

The Travona name, logo, and all related names, logos, product and service names, designs, and slogans are trademarks of Travona. You must not use these marks without our prior written permission.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use our website and services for their intended purposes. This licence does not include the right to reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, or publicly display any content without our express written consent.

6. User-Generated Content

When you submit content through our services, including questionnaire responses, chat messages, and contact form submissions ("User Content"), you retain ownership of your User Content. However, by submitting User Content, you grant Travona a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to use, process, store, and transmit your User Content as necessary to provide our services, respond to your inquiries, and improve our platform.

You represent and warrant that:

  • You own or have the necessary rights to submit the User Content.
  • Your User Content does not infringe upon the intellectual property, privacy, or other rights of any third party.
  • Your User Content does not contain any material that is unlawful, harmful, or otherwise objectionable.

7. Third-Party Services & Links

Our website and services may contain links to or integrate with third-party websites, applications, or services, including but not limited to:

  • Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager for website analytics.
  • OpenAI for AI-powered chat functionality.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Travona disclaims all warranties, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, and non-infringement.

We do not warrant that:

  • Our services will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free.
  • The results obtained from using our services will be accurate or reliable.
  • Any errors or defects in the services will be corrected.
  • Responses from our AI chat assistant are accurate, complete, or suitable for any particular purpose. AI-generated responses are for informational purposes only and should not be relied upon as professional advice.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Travona and its directors, officers, employees, agents, partners, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, goodwill, or other intangible losses, arising out of or in connection with:

  • Your access to or use of (or inability to use) our services.
  • Any conduct or content of any third party on our services.
  • Any content obtained from our services, including AI-generated chat responses.
  • Unauthorised access to, use of, or alteration of your data or transmissions.

In no event shall our total aggregate liability to you for all claims arising out of or relating to these Terms or our services exceed the amount you have paid to Travona in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim, or one hundred US dollars (US $100), whichever is greater.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Travona and its directors, officers, employees, agents, and affiliates from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or in any way connected with: (a) your access to or use of our services; (b) your User Content; (c) your violation of these Terms; or (d) your violation of any rights of a third party.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Travona is registered, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Nothing in these Terms shall deprive you of any mandatory consumer protections granted under the laws of your jurisdiction of residence.

12. Dispute Resolution

In the event of any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms or our services, the parties agree to the following resolution process:

  1. Good-faith negotiation: The parties shall first attempt to resolve the dispute through good-faith negotiation by contacting each other directly. You may reach us at info@travona.travel. We will attempt to resolve the matter within thirty (30) days.
  2. Mediation: If negotiation fails, the parties agree to attempt mediation administered by a mutually agreed-upon mediator, with costs shared equally.
  3. Binding arbitration: If mediation is unsuccessful, the dispute shall be resolved by binding arbitration conducted in a neutral location mutually agreed upon by the parties, in accordance with applicable arbitration rules. The arbitration shall be conducted by a single arbitrator mutually agreed upon by the parties. The arbitrator's decision shall be final and binding, and judgement on the award may be entered in any court of competent jurisdiction.

13. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to our services, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including but not limited to a breach of these Terms. Upon termination:

  • Your right to use our services will immediately cease.
  • We may delete your account and any associated data, subject to our data retention obligations under applicable law and our Privacy Policy.
  • All provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination shall survive, including ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnification, and limitations of liability.
